It was here when my passion for cooking and creating delicious Creole dishes first began. From this time forward, I’ve enjoyed cooking as a professional Chef. It was mat my five (5) year mark when my passion and purpose collided. I wanted to help those less fortunate. Noticing very few qualify for caretakers and prepared meal services. I was armed with knowledge and resources to demonstrate healthy meal prep options for the under privileged. My desire has been to connect with shelters (elderly, women, and children) to teach and implement programs for meal planning and prep. – Chef Kim
